Public Satisfaction with Airport Services Exceeds 72 Percent
The average public satisfaction with airport services has surpassed 72% for the first time across 95% of Iran’s airports, announced Mohammad Amirani, the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and CEO of the Iranian Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC).

Passenger Satisfaction with Airport Services boosts by 4.6% in First Half of Year
In the first half of this year, the average passenger satisfaction index across Iranian airports reached 74.8%, marking a 4.6% increase compared to the same period last year. The improvement reflects a growing positive trend in service quality, based on over 1,767,000 recorded votes through the national airport service monitoring system.
